With over two decades of professional experience, Ana Maria is an executive leader passionate about human development. Her purpose is rooted in empowering individuals and cross-functioning teams to realize their full potential. Throughout her career, she has helped Fortune 500 clients such as Purina, Kellogg’s, and P&G build their brand foundations, creative strategies, and award-winning communication.
She worked at Leo Burnett Chicago from 2011-2022 and currently works at EMyth, coaching small business owners and CEOs:

Ana Maria has been a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) since 2015 and got her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) in 2023 from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also trained in Organizational and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC), Conscious Leadership, Positive Intelligence (PQ), iRest, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
